How to promote an ad

When you post

  1. Post your ad and choose your category and district.
  2. On the promotion step, tick the promotions you want.
  3. Pay once with PayHere, and your ad goes live already promoted.

With a package

  1. Buy a package with promotion credits.
  2. Open My Ads and choose Promote on any ad.
  3. Pick the promotions to apply. Credits are used straight away.

Good to know

Do promotions guarantee a sale?
No. Promotions give your ad more visibility for a set time. A clear title, real photos and a fair price still matter most, so get those right first.

When does a promotion start and end?
It starts as soon as it is applied and ends automatically after the stated number of days. You are never charged again unless you buy another promotion.

Can I combine promotions?
Yes. Popular combinations are Featured + Urgent for a quick sale, and Top ad + Highlight in busy categories.

What if the item sells early?
Mark it sold or delete the ad. The promotion ends with the ad and the unused days are not refundable.

Can I get a refund?
A promotion that has started running is not refundable. If you were charged in error or it was never applied, see our Refund Policy.
