What we expect from the vendors, contractors and partners we work with.

We expect the businesses we work with to share our commitment to integrity, fair treatment of people and protecting data. This code applies to suppliers, vendors, contractors, service providers and their subcontractors working with BaduAds.com.
Legal compliance
Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, including labour, tax, data protection, consumer and environmental laws in Sri Lanka and in any country where you operate.
Labour and human rights
- No forced or child labour. Do not use forced, bonded or prison labour, or employ anyone below the legal minimum age for employment.
- Fair pay and hours. Pay at least the legal minimum wage and required benefits on time, and keep working hours within legal limits.
- Non-discrimination. Treat workers fairly, without discrimination or harassment (see our Equal Opportunity commitment).
- Freedom of association. Respect workers' lawful right to join or not join associations and trade unions.
- Health and safety. Provide a safe and healthy workplace.
Business integrity
- No bribery, kickbacks or improper payments of any kind (see Ethical Business).
- Disclose any conflict of interest, such as a personal relationship with a BaduAds.com employee involved in your contract.
- Keep accurate records and invoices, and represent your products and services honestly.
Data protection and security
If you handle BaduAds.com or user data, you must:
- process it only for the agreed purpose and in line with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022;
- apply appropriate security controls, limit access to people who need it, and never sell or reuse the data;
- tell us promptly, and within any time agreed in the contract, about any security incident that may affect our data or users;
- return or securely delete the data when the work ends.
Environment
Operate responsibly, reduce waste where practical and comply with environmental regulations.
Monitoring and consequences
We may ask for information to confirm that you meet this code. If you fall short, we'll expect you to put it right promptly. Serious or repeated breaches may lead us to end the relationship.
Raising concerns
Suppliers and their workers can report concerns about BaduAds.com or its staff confidentially under our Whistleblower Policy. For supplier enquiries, email support@baduads.com.
